TWO-WEEK EXCHANGE POLICY
Our two-week exchange policy begins from the date of arrival for online orders.
EXCHANGE ONLY & STORE CREDIT
We do not accept returns but product exchanges. However, store credit is provided on unworn and non-modified jewelry if returned within 10 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or credit on timepieces.
All modified or customized orders are non-refundable, including custom sizing. All 'Sale' item purchases are final.
*RETURN OR REIMBURSEMENT*
If items are damaged upon arrival, full reimbursement will be made once a photo proving damage has been sent within 2 days of package delivery and the item(s) are returned to H&H Jewels within the two-week period.
DAMAGES
All returning pieces must have no signs of damage or wear. Scratches, damages, or wear marks will void the return.
SHIPPING COSTS
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we committed an error, we are happy to pay for postage.

Please call or visit us in-store, contact your HHJ sales associate, or send us a message in the chat box located in the lower right-hand corner with your full name and order details (i.e. order number, item SKU, and date of purchase.)
